Join our two-day immersive course to learn a modern, performance-driven framework for guiding athletes from surgery to sport.
About this Event

The game has changed. ACL rehabilitation should too.

The Athletic ACL is an immersive two-day course designed for rehabilitation professionals who want to confidently bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation and high-performance return-to-sport with a modern performance-driven framework.

Whether you treat athletes in the acute post-operative phase or you're responsible for making return-to-play decisions, this course provides a complete framework for guiding ACL athletes from injury to confident performance.

You'll learn how to think, assess, prescribe, progress, and make clinical decisions throughout every phase of rehabilitation using a systems-based approach grounded in current evidence, sport science, and real-world clinical application.

Throughout the weekend, we'll combine lectures, live demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on labs to help you immediately apply what you learn on Monday morning.

Why This Course Is Different

ACL rehabilitation isn't linear—and neither should your clinical decision-making.

This course isn't designed to hand you a protocol to follow or a checklist to memorize. Instead, it's built to develop the critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills that allow you to confidently adapt to the unique challenges every ACL athlete presents.

You'll learn how to think, not just what to do.

By combining current evidence, objective performance data, and practical clinical application, you'll leave with a decision-making framework that helps you confidently progress athletes through every stage of rehabilitation, make intentional programming decisions, and navigate the complexities of return to sport with greater clarity and confidence

What You'll Learn

Make More Confident Clinical Decisions
  • Progress athletes using objective criteria—not timelines alone.
  • Apply evidence-based benchmarks throughout every stage of rehabilitation.
  • Make rehabilitation decisions with greater confidence and consistency.

Leverage Technology to Improve Outcomes
  • Learn how to integrate force plates, handheld dynamometry, and velocity-based training into clinical practice.
  • Interpret objective data to guide exercise prescription and progression.
  • Prioritize the metrics that matter most for return-to-sport decision making.

Build More Intentional Rehabilitation Programs
  • Develop stage-specific rehabilitation strategies from surgery through return to sport.
  • Select interventions with purpose based on athlete presentation and performance deficits.
  • Design sessions and progressions that maximize adaptation while minimizing setbacks.

Master the ACL Rehabilitation Continuum
  • Navigate early, mid, and late-stage rehabilitation with clear clinical frameworks.
  • Progress strength, plyometrics, running, change of direction, and agility with confidence.
  • Prepare athletes for the demands of competition—not just discharge from physical therapy.
  • Strategies for athlete management
  • Improve collaboration with surgeons, athletic trainers, coaches, and strength professionals to optimize long-term outcomes.
