About this Event
The Athena Network is a business networking and development club for female business owners and executives.
We meet virtually on a monthly basis, except August and December. In the summer and winter we have in person regional networking events.
Join us for the Athena Network Bedfordshire & Mid Hertfordshire Summer Networking Event at The Bedford Swan Hotel.
We will have members from all our groups and also from other regions, open to visitors.

Dr Diane Johnson is an Exercise Physiologist, Skeletal Health Strategist and her business is called Smart Bone Strategy.
With a PhD in cardiorespiratory exercise and 40 years in the fitness and therapy industries, Diane helps women move from “informed panic” following an osteopenia/osteoporosis diagnosis to “scientific clarity”.
Her talk is entitled: "Beyond Cardio: Why being ‘Fit’ isn’t enough to protect your bones."
She says: "Discover how women can combat accelerated bone loss during menopause. I'll highlight the "Cardio Trap" pitfall and bridge the gap with the science of loading to build lasting skeletal longevity. "
