Join us for The 3rd Annual The Ascent 5K - Fun Run | Walk | Roll, an inspiring event by The Phoenix Journey, supporting individuals affected by autoimmune diseases. On Saturday, March 29th, 2025, at Generation Park, Houston, TX, we’ll raise awareness with music, vendors, giveaways, refreshments, and fun for the whole family.
The 5K & The Fun Run | Walk | Roll will include medals and certificates for all participants & awards for the top 5K finishers. This event is open to all abilities, allowing those who do not wish to run the 5K to set their own finish line and explore the course within one hour.
