Are you seeking a yoga practice that is safe, sustainable and radically effective? Whether you are just starting yoga or have been practicing for years, it’s natural to have many questions about Asanas (postures). Perhaps you find yourself asking: “What are the steps, stages, and alignment to learning and developing a posture?” “How does MY body do it in a way that serves my unique needs for harmony and balance?” “What is the ultimate goal of this posture?” This workshop will expand your understanding of yoga asana from both an intellectual perspective and an embodiment experience. Prepare to put your practice under the microscope, pull out the petri dish and experiment with a sense of curiosity, wonder, and awe. The Asana Lab will forever shift your understanding of poses & your practice. Prior to the start of this of this workshop you will receive a survey to help personalize your learning. So please register before the start date.
Must have 8 students signed up 3 days prior to have this workshop.
