This talk looks at the incomparable watercolourist Walter Langley and his Birmingham/Newlyn School artists.
Alison Bevan
Alison Bevan graduated in History of Art from Nottingham University in 1986 and has since spent her entire career working in museums and art galleries.
She is an Arts Society Accredited lecturer; Chair of Bristol Museums Oversight Board; Fellow of the Museums Association; an Honorary Research Fellow of the University of Bristol, and was Chair of the South Western Federation of Museums and Galleries from 2009-12.
Doors and the bar at Thornden Hall Arts Centre open from 18.45; talks start at 19.30 and last an hour with additional time for questions. Free for members: visitors please pay £8 on the day at the signing in desk: card only.
