The art ritual is your invitation to make room for monthly creativity exploration, mindfulness and self-enquiry.

Express, explore & experiment with art-making materials supported by a reflective prompt, tea, snacks, music and plenty of space to transform scattered thoughts into tangible creations.

The magic is in the process.

You’re welcomed into the art ritual by the facilitator, who checks in along the way and later gathers the group for sharing and meditation.

We offer a prompt which invites self-enquiry. The prompt gently guides you to place your intention into your creation.

The session invites you to explore a range of materials on offer; collage, trinkets, watercolors, soft pastels, oil pastels, paints and more.

At the end of the session, we come together to reflect on what we’ve come to know about the theme and ourselves. All followed by a guided meditation.

Every ritual is unique. This supportive space is created by everyone within the group, and it is really lovely to share and listen. You may be surprised at what you uncover.
