The Art of Yoga: Where Art Meets Inner PeaceSaturday, October 11 / 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Wilson Arts invites you to experience a unique blend of creativity and wellness with The Art of Yoga, held in the inspiring surroundings of the Truist Event Gallery at the Wilson Arts Center.
Led by certified yoga instructor Stacy Matthews, this one-hour session offers participants the opportunity to relax, recharge, and reconnect while surrounded by visual art. Each session is designed to help individuals of all skill levels find their breath, stretch their bodies, and awaken their inner creative spirit.
The Art of Yoga is open to all levels of experience, and participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this is a wonderful way to deepen your practice while appreciating the visual arts.
