The Art of Wintering is an evening to honor your body, your heart, and your rhythm. Through gentle, slow restorative flow, we create space to listen to what you need, release what no longer serves, and meet yourself with compassion.
After practice, we gather over warm tea, extending the ritual into shared presence and community. Together, we remember that healing does not always look like doing- it can look like resting, feeling, and simply being.
