Single malts often steal the spotlight, but behind many of the world's most celebrated whiskies lies the skill and creativity of blending.
You are invited to meet the makers and join Greenbanks Distillery, Captain Bligh's Distillery and No Boundaries Whisky for a fascinating evening exploring the art, science and craftsmanship of whisky blending.
Discover how different casks, ages and flavour profiles come together to create balance, complexity and character. You'll taste a selection of whiskies that reveal the building blocks of a blend before experiencing how master blenders transform individual components into something greater than the sum of their parts.
Whether you're a seasoned whisky enthusiast or simply curious about how whisky is made, this relaxed and interactive tasting offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from some of Tasmania's passionate whisky makers.
