The Art of the Truffle: A Chocolate Making Workshop

Join us for a hands-on chocolate truffle-making class set inside our lush plant shop. Led by Chocolatier Toni from LaRue Fine Chocolate, you’ll learn to make silky ganache and hand-roll your own decadent truffles, all while sipping on a complimentary glass of wine (for guests 21+).

This class is perfect for all skill levels—no experience needed—and all materials will be provided. Each guest will leave with at least 10 handmade chocolates and the knowledge to recreate them at home.
