The Art of Tasting: Chocolate and Watercolor Workshop
About this Event
Love life a little more . Eat chocolate and paint with watercolor in a beautiful space. Taste With Color is a flavor‑mapping method created in London by my friend and Fever‑Tree food scientist Hazel Lee. It’s like a paint‑and‑sip, but with specially curated craft chocolate. You’ll sample four chocolates from around the world and use the flavor map to create simple watercolor expressions of what you taste.
This event is REALLY special because the chocolate maker Charlene Kent will be there, along with a cacao fermentation and soil health specialist Sarah Bharath. If you have ever wanted to learn more about chocolate, cacao and the process, you will have three women in the room that know a lot about it. We will sample chocolate made with cacao from 4 different origins.
NO PAINTING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
