Welcome to a unique morning experience in the heart of Lake Park, featuring Oceana Coffee and the ancient art of Tai Chi with instructor, Dr. Keith Cini, AP. Tai Chi is a timeless practice for health and longevity—accessible to everyone. At its essence, it combines breath, posture, and movement into what Harvard calls “Medicine in Motion.” This practice reduces stress, enhances balance, and harmonizes body and mind. Traditionally performed in the morning, Tai Chi is the perfect way to begin your day—cultivating calm energy, mental clarity, and physical vitality. Pair it with a fresh cup of coffee, and you have a morning ritual that nourishes both body and spirit.
You will meet your instructor in Oceana Coffee – Lake Park for a beverage of your choice before heading up to Culinary Studio for the class.
