Instruction will teach concepts, principles, movements for Self Defense, Life Defense, blade defense, Empty Hand, Ground Defense, Flexible Weapons Defense, Weapons of Opportunity (E.G. Cell phone, Ink Pen, Cup), Awareness, Trafficking, Grabbing defenses, limb destruction, nerve attacks, locks, counters to locks and more.
