A Masterclass with Wesley Enoch for Actors, Writers and DirectorsJoin acclaimed writer and director Wesley Enoch for a transformative two-day masterclass presented by The Byron Theatre Company. This intensive program is designed for actors, writers and directors interested in learning how to craft and express original work for the stage.
Drawing on over 30 years of experience as a writer, director, and arts leader — including roles as Artistic Director of Queensland Theatre, Director of Sydney Festival, and founding Artistic Director of the Indigenous theatre company Kooemba Jdarra — Wesley brings a wealth of knowledge in developing new work, supporting First Nations voices, and leading major cultural institutions. He will guide participants through practical exercises, provocations, and creative development processes that ignite and inspire.
Whether you're a performer, writer, director or creative observer, this is a rare opportunity to dive into the heart of original storytelling with one of Australia’s most influential theatre-makers.
