Free Trial Classes (max 8 per class – bookings essential via MINBODY)
- 10:00am – Pilates Circuit
- 11:00am – Barre
- 12:00pm – Mat Pilates
- 1:00pm – Sound & Stretch
- 2-3pm - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
- 3:00pm – Vinyasa Yoga
- 4:00pm – Yin Yoga
First 3 people booked into each class receive a gift bag valued at $150.
All class participants get a FREE sauna + compression boot session (valued at $64).
2:00PM - 3:00PM Studio Open Hour (No class booking required)
