This is a deeply immersive experience designed to help you let go, receive, and realign with your body, mind, and soul.

• Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, or unmanaged mental health conditions
• Recent major surgery or serious injury
• Severe cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure
• Severe PTSD
• Medications altering brain chemistry (e.g., antidepressants, anti-anxiety, antipsychotics)
• Diabetes, severe asthma, detached retina, or history of aneurysms/seizures
• Hospitalisation in the last 3 years for psychiatric conditions, emotional crises, or spiritual emergence
• Adverse reaction to recent vaccinations
