The Art of Sound: A Hands-On Sound Bath Workshop
Advertisement
Step beyond simply experiencing a Sound Bath and discover the instruments behind it. In this hands-on workshop with Rachel, you’ll explore a variety of sound healing instruments, learn different techniques for working with them, and experience creating sound yourself.
We’ll begin with a short Sound Bath before getting hands-on with the instruments. You’ll have time to experiment, ask questions, and discover the different sounds and vibrations each can create. No musical experience or prior knowledge is needed.
Have an instrument of your own? Bring it with you. Rachel can help you learn more about it and explore different ways to use it.
We’ll finish with an improvised group sound session, bringing everyone and everything together.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of the instruments behind a Sound Bath, firsthand experience using them, and new ways to incorporate sound into your own life.
