A really fun, informative, hands-on and, most importantly, tasty introduction to the art of smoking food. Hosted at the wonderful Horner Farm, we will take you through the difference between hot and cold smoke food preparation. You’ll learn what to do and what not to do with lots of practical examples and activities to get you set up ready to smoke your own food at home.
In true Exmoor Game School fashion we will use local, seasonal and sustainable game sourced from Exmoor…and we will be using the sawdust from the trees grown on Exmoor to smoke our food.
If having a great day out, learning new skills in a lovely place with lovely people wasn’t enough - the money from this course goes back into running the free Exmoor Game School sessions for kids…a win win!
