Somewhere in all that rushing, we forget what it feels like to simply slow down, create with our hands, and be present.
The Art of Slowing Down is an intimate four-hour women’s wellness experience created to help you step away from the noise, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
🤍 Meet Larisa Silveira
Larisa is a mixed-media artist, certified Art Therapy Life Coach, and mental health advocate with a Master’s degree in Psychology. She brings together psychology and fiber arts, using crochet and knitting as mindful, grounding practices that can support relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being.
She has also taught crochet to Occupational Therapists at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and collaborated with OT and PT professionals in rehabilitation settings.
This experience may feel especially meaningful for women navigating stress, anxiety, ADHD, overwhelm, or burnout.
✨ This is much more than a crochet class. It’s a complete, thoughtfully curated wellness experience.
