This 75-minute immersive experience is designed to guide you into a state of deep rest and rejuvenation. The evening includes:

✨ A calming Yin Yoga session (mostly supine) on a carefully selected Black Sheep Mattress to release tension and prepare for stillness — no yoga mat needed.
✨ A deeply restorative Sound Bath led by Sacred Air, using crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and other sacred instruments to promote relaxation, balance, and clarity.
✨ Resting on the natural organic comfort of Black Sheep's luxurious, supportive mattresses, elevating your relaxation experience.
✨ After the sound bath, enjoy a Sarjesa tea and treat featuring Bisquette’s amazing cookies to gently ground and awaken your senses. We love supporting our local businesses especially these two that deliver deliciousness.
