Electronic submission for selection deadline:
September 30, 2025
Applicants will be notified of selection or declined by email: October 7, 2025
Delivery of work to Playhouse:
October 11, 2025, 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. (or by prior arrangement)
Opening Celebration: October 18, 2025, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Closing of show and artwork pickup at Playhouse: January 31, 2026, 2:30 – 5:00 p.m. (or by prior arrangement)
ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS:
Artists’ work should be original and have been produced in the last 12 months.
Photos should be in focus, cropped well, and of the best quality possible.
What is not acceptable: While bold expression and critical engagement is expected, artwork that promotes violence, hate speech, or targets individuals with slander or malicious intent will not be accepted. Gratuitously graphic content without artistic or political context, or plagiarism is also grounds for exclusion. The committee supports and promotes the truth, and we recognize that the truth can be brutal. While public figures will be the subject matter of much of the work, we reserve the right to make decisions for the show.
There is very limited physical exhibition space for larger art in the building:
Maximum size for 2D art is 36"x24"
Minimum size should be no smaller than 11"x14"
There is only room for 4 sculptures to be juried in, and they must be designed for floor installation.

ENTRY PROCEDURE
Submit photo of artwork to: [email protected]
Work must be delivered in person to The Parkview Playhouse, 932 S. 12th St., Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Artists are responsible for their work’s sale. Artist information will be supplied to buyer.
Method of payment for entry fee will be publicized shortly.
