The Art of Receiving: A Somatic Restoration Retreat

From 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM, we will gather in a calm, intimate space and spend the day reconnecting with the body through expressive movement, breathwork, sound healing, and guided somatic practices designed to gently release tension and help the nervous system settle.
This is not about pushing yourself or doing more self-improvement.
It is about slowing down enough to receive.
Throughout the day, you’ll have space to soften, listen to your body, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease and presence.
A nourishing lunch is included, along with time to integrate, rest, and simply be.
