Activity Description:
Join us for this exciting 8-week course exploring realism with drawing, ink and watercolor paint. We will spend the first four sessions drawing realistic animals and characters with pencils and ink. The last four classes will be dedicated to painting our drawn animals and characters with watercolor. The skills learned in each class will help with the next session, so we recommend attending all 8 classes if possible.
Our Back to the Basics classes are considered level one in a three level beginner series.

What You Will Learn:
Drawing - Composition and how to shade, draw from life using photographs, and add texture with pencil.
Painting - Composition, washes, color mixing & blending, how to prep watercolor surface.
The course fee is $225 a person for non-members or $200 a person for members. Ask how to become a member. Drop-in price is $35 per class.
