✨Meet your facilitator: Brite Vilgo
We are honored to welcome special guest Brite Vilgo. She is an experienced yoga teacher and professional dancer holding an MA in Choreography, currently training to become therapist. Her unique background allows her to weave together the discipline of yoga with the expressive freedom of dance, offering a perspective on movement that is both grounded and liberating.
