Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the opening of Piera Santi-Marottoās latest exhibition at Art e Fekts Gallery in Pittston!
Step into a world where passion, heritage, and creativity come together. Piera invites you to experience art as she does ā a joyful escape where time slips away and each piece takes on a life of its own. Her work radiates love and intention, drawing viewers in to feel the same excitement, contentment, and peace she discovers in her creative process.
Pieraās art is deeply personal, inspired by her Italian roots, rich life experiences, and years as an Air Force wife. Her subjects celebrate food, wine, and culture while also exploring nature, whimsy, fashion, and American patriotism. Her newest collection, the āTime Series,ā delves into the many ways time captures our imagination and shapes our lives.
Working primarily with acrylics and pencil, Piera creates bold, textured paintings and finely detailed portraits that invite viewers to engage both visually and emotionally. Her passion and skill have earned her multiple First Place awards in Acrylic Painting, a Best of Show at the Northeast Fair, and recognition as a recipient of one of First Friday Scrantonās prestigious Judith Youshock Artist Grants.
