Come join us for a fun, hands on pasta making experience! During this meetup, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch and practice shaping your own pasta. Whether you’re brand new to making pasta or just want to learn a new skill, everyone is welcome!
Please bring:
• A rolling pin (if you have one) and/or a pasta maker
• 00 flour (you’ll be using approximately 2 cups)
• A bottle of wine if you’d like to enjoy a glass while we cook together 🍷
While our dough rests, I’ll be serving a homemade pasta dish for everyone to enjoy. Please let me know ahead of time if you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or foods you don’t like so I can plan accordingly.
