The Art of Paper Marbling: Hands -On Workshop with St. Louis Artist

Step into a world of swirling colors and flowing patterns with this exclusive, all-day Paper Marbling Workshop. With permanent marbling stations and curated materials ready to go, participants can jump right into creating vibrant, one-of-a-kind papers.

During the workshop, you'll learn the traditional art of marbling using water-based paints. Your creations will be perfect for journals, cards, or framing, and you'll leave (or have mailed) a set of 25 finished papers as a keepsake from your creative day.

To make the experience seamless and enjoyable, breakfast and lunch are included, along with snacks and beverages.

This intimate workshop is perfect for both beginners and experienced creatives seeking a focused, hands-on experience with personal guidance, beautiful materials, and the inspiration of a calm, immersive setting. Spaces are limited to ensure each participant receives dedicated attention.

The schedule will look as follows-

8:30 arrive

8:30-9:00 Breakfast

9:00 - 12:00 Marble

12:00 - 12:45 Lunch break

12:45 - 3:30 Marble

3:30 - 4:00 Wrap up and afternoon snack

The papers will be shipped to you (fee in the workshop cost) as they will need to dry.

The papers for marbling will measure about 19" x 12.5". You'll marble 25 sheets, which will already be prepped, and the process will be explained during the class. This will be a super relaxed and enjoyable workshop, with only three spots available for each date.

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting splattered with acrylic paint.
