Practical creative workshops for people who are ready to stop living from responsibility and create life from desire instead.

If you’re the one who creates safety, steadiness, and emotional sanctuary for everyone else but your life feels flat or stalled, this workshop is your invitation into something different.

Through intuitive art‑making, guided reflection, and gentle truth‑telling, you’ll:

• explore what that feeling of yearning and/or quiet resentment is telling you
• discover the patterns that keep you fading at the edges
• realise the costs from care-taking that you are quietly absorbing
• reconnect with the desires you’ve pushed down or postponed
• curate small, doable steps to begin living from your desire

What to Expect

• Easy creative painting practices (no art experience necessary)
• Desire (re)discovery – uncover what it is that you really want from your career, relationships and the rest of your life
• A welcoming, intimate environment, no more than 4 participants that fosters open sharing and personalised support from the facilitator
• Practical tools you can take away and use immediately

You’ll leave with:

• A clearer sense of what you want
• Micro-acts that you can use in the moment to shift away from automatic people-pleasing behaviour
• Courage to take small identified actions that put you back at the centre of your life
• A renewed relationship with your own aliveness
• Personally crafted art pieces that inspire further creativity each time you admire them
