What People are Saying:
"Taking care of me is NOT selfish!"
"In working with Simone, I realized peace of mind is priceless."
"By stepping back and exploring my situation and focusing on self-awareness, I realized I was too much IN the situation to see the impact or the way out. I gained so much clarity around my options."
"I feel so much more equipped to take care of my well-being."
Ground Rules for BalanceUP® Circles:
- Be curious and open-minded.
- Be respectful of everyone in the space.
- Respect varying viewpoints.
- Take space/make space. All are welcome to participate. If you share often, make space for others. If you tend to not share, know that you are welcome to.
- Share your own experiences with “I” statements and avoid generalizations and assumptions about others and their experiences.
- Be aware of intent versus impact. Sometimes our intentions come across as potentially hurtful. If this happens, be careful to not defend your statement, adding further harm.
- Practice confidentiality. Embrace the lessons you learn and leave what was said by others in the room… in the room.
- Be present and plan to be in a quiet space.
- If you prefer to not participate in a particular breakout room or sharing of insights, you are welcome to bow out.
- If you are comfortable being on camera, please leave your camera on.
If you have any questions or concerns at any time, message Simone.
