SATURDAY 3 MAYTHE ART OF LETTING GO - FINDING FREEDOM IN IMPERMANENCE

Buddha teaches that everything is in a perpetual state of change, never remaining the same, even for a moment. Gaining an understanding of impermanence profoundly impacts our minds, particularly regarding our problems and difficulties. When we understand that things do not exist as they appear but are in a state of constant change, we realise there is no need to cling to anything. This wisdom enables us to let go, leading us to experience true freedom.
In this half-day course, Gen Kunden will guide us through the teachings on impermanence. By developing deep insight on this simple yet profound truth, we will gain true inner freedom and experience the peace and happiness we wish for.
Each session will consist of short teachings, prayers, and meditations, with refreshments provided between sessions. Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience.
