The Art of Letting Go: An Improv Workshop for Presence, Play & Connection
About this Event
What to Expect
Discover how the principles of improvisation can help you cultivate greater presence, creativity, connection, and ease with uncertainty.
No acting experience, performance skills, or attempts at being funny are required. This workshop isn’t about putting on a show. It’s about learning to show up fully in the the moment.
Through a series of playful, supportive, and engaging exercises, you’ll explore how to:
- Quiet your inner critic and let go of self-judgment
- Build confidence in navigating the unexpected
- Cultivate presence, creativity, and spontaneity
- Strengthen connection and collaboration with others
- Experience the joy and freedom that come through play
Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, reconnect with your creativity, build confidence, or simply try something new, this welcoming workshop offers a refreshing opportunity to embrace the beautiful unpredictability of everyday life.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and perhaps a little more comfortable with the unknown.
