Barnwal began her journey in sexual wellness education in 2019 drawing from her own experiences of recovery and healing after what she describes as a “sexless” marriage and several challenging relationships.

Her personal triumphs and insights backed up by a solid educational background in sex therapy certifications have made her an internationally respected guide and mentor. Based in Delhi and with a background in life sciences Barnwal teaches about sex and sexuality with clarity knowledge and care.
