You’ll learn the techniques of making and rolling out classic tart dough, and we’ll use the fruits of the fall season to make our tarts.

Punky's classes are only for adults 18 and over. Your instructor, Punky Egan, is a Certified Master Baker. She was the program director and lead instructor of the Baking Program at Madison College for 30 years.
