Pizza and beer have more in common than you might think.
Join us in the garden at ippa for a hands-on night exploring the shared art of fermentation through two of our favorite things: pizza + beer.
Master Pizzaiolo Kevin Konn will take you through the pizza-making process; from dough and preferment to fermentation, stretching, topping and firing your own pizza. Next door at Lolev, co-owner and brewer Scott Slesinski will take you behind the beer, with three Lolev selections and a look at hops, sourcing and the brewing process.
You’ll make and eat your own pizza, tour the brewery, and leave with fresh dough + the know-how to make your next pizza at home.
Then stay awhile. We’ll finish the evening with small bites, beverages + music in the ippa garden.
