Join us for an enchanting evening at Field Arts & Events Hall as we present a four-course cider pairing dinner, a culinary collaboration between Chef Sage Hammond of New Day Eatery and Port Angeles' first destination cidery: Olympic Bluffs Cidery.
This special event promises a delightful exploration of seasonal flavors, where each dish is thoughtfully crafted to complement the unique character of Olympic Bluffs' handcrafted ciders. Reserve your seat early: space is limited for this exclusive event.
Chef Hammond, known for his innovative and locally-sourced cuisine, has prepared a culinary journey. Scott and Ginger Wierzbanowski from Olympic Bluffs Cidery will share the cider-making process and the highlight the unique qualities of each pour.

About Olympic Bluffs Cidery
With the goal of creating great cider and the desire to bring our community together, we decided to start a hard cidery and lavender farm, located at 1025 Finn Hall Rd. We have planted an orchard of almost 500 Semi-dwarf cider apple trees, 3,500 lavender plants, an apiary and an acre of ancient grains (wheat and rye). We recently added Salt and Cedar Bed and Breakfast to our 21-Acre Farm.
