The Art of Embodiment- Cacao + Movement Ritual

On the first day of Women’s History Month, you are invited into a sacred container designed to awaken the senses, reconnect you to your body, and gently guide you back into your inner goddess wisdom.

This is not a dance class—it is a ritual.

We will begin by sipping a ceremonial herbal elixir infused with cacao, damiana, and blue lotus—plant allies traditionally used to open the heart, soften the nervous system, heighten sensual awareness, and support embodied presence.

You will then be guided through a short embodiment meditation led by an intuitive herbalist, grounding you into your breath, your body, and your felt sense before entering a simple yet powerful movement exploration.

Together, we will move through a guided dance practice designed to:

✨ Help you reclaim power through embodied expression
✨ Offer a ritual you can take home and return to again and again
