The Art of Creative Relationship

A series of 5 intimate containers, each one guiding you deeper into a creative flow state.

Whether you’re just beginning or returning to your art, we invite you to reconnect with your relationship to creativity in a way that feels grounding, nourishing, and true to you.

Each session we explore a different practice. Starting with tangible mediums, writing and visual art, and gradually moving toward embodied expression through music and dance.

This container allows you to feel the shift between using a tool and becoming the medium itself.

We begin with a tea ceramony opening with nourishment, then ease into a guided meditation infused with the essence of water, paired with natural soundscapes for you to drift beneath the surface of the conscious mind. Here, you’ll connect with that quiet inner voice ready to be expressed. From this space, we move into creative writing, guided by hand-drum rhythm and prompts that carry you into a flow state.

Meet The Facilitators

Rae Anne Harmony (IG Raeanneharmony): is a multidisciplinary artist and intimate space holder who uses language, sound and movement to guide others into a deeper relationship with their true essence and emotions. She is devoted to nurturing and empowering the creative gifts we all brought with us into this world.

Juniper (IG: Juniper.logs): is a arts practictioner and meditation guide with a mission to create safe spaces for people to practice inner-listening and recieve art as a way to meet the soul. She believes we each have the power to create the life we dream and wisdom, love, and purpose can be found within ourselves when we listen well.
