The Art of Candle Magic: Candle Magic 101

The Candle Magic Workshop at Konjure by Kei spans four weeks, each class building essential skills for effective candle workings. Week 2 covers the preparation process, focusing on proper cleansing and dressing techniques for various candle types—7-day, taper, chime, and votive—with herbs, oils, powders, and spiritual colognes. Week 3 will dive into candle interpretation, understanding how to read the flames, wax, and overall burn patterns to gain insights into the spell’s progress and effectiveness. Finally, Week 4 wraps up with best practices for disposing of candle remnants to complete spell work respectfully and effectively, grounding participants in all aspects of candle magic.
