The Art of Butchering at The Hungarian Butcher is a must-attend event for all meat enthusiasts! Break down a WHOLE HOG with our resident butcher Rosie, who will be leading the class. Rosie has been cutting meat since 2021, starting at Weiland's Market meat department and finally finding her place at Hungarian Butcher in 2023. Butchery is both an art and trade, and both are best taught in person with passion & precision.

Join her for an evening of doing her favorite thing, cutting meat! You'll learn how to butcher a hog from head to toe, eat some curated snacks, and go home with some cuts you broke down yourself.
