It's one thing to take a yoga well-designed yoga class but a heightened experience to receive guidance to refine your practice with hands-on assists. On Monday, September 22, at 5:30 p.m. in Huntington, join Liz and Lauren for this special class to help you deepen your yoga practice through receiving hands-on assists.
In this one-hour class, you will receive adjustments to help you understand proper alignment and muscular action in your own body. You will also learn how to create different sensations in your postures with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic cues.
This class is part of the Unlimited Membership and anyone may drop in for just $14.
