About this Event
The Art of Asking
What do you want… and do you have the courage to ask for it?
Most people don’t struggle with getting what they want.
They struggle with knowing what they want, and then asking for it.
Imagine not holding yourself back.
We’ve been taught to be agreeable, to people-please, to avoid rejection.
And somewhere along the way, we lose touch with our desires, and the ability to express them freely.
The Art of Asking is a guided, experiential workshop designed to help you reconnect with your desires and practice expressing them with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
This is not about performance or “getting it right.”
It’s about learning how to stay connected to yourself in real-time connection.
What you’ll explore
Through playful, structured exercises and partner-based practices, you’ll learn how to:
- identify what you actually want (in your body, not just your mind)
- express desires clearly without over-explaining or apologizing
- ask for what you want with confidence and presence
- navigate yes, no, and “not right now” without collapse or defensiveness
- understand and embody consent in a real, practical way
- recognize your patterns in connection and communication
What to expect
This is a group experience that blends:
- somatic awareness (learning to feel your body’s signals)
- Conscious Intimacy Games
- partner and group interactions
- playful, low-pressure exploration
You’ll be guided through solo, partner, and group practices where you can explore desire, boundaries, and communication in real time while being witnessed and supported in a safe and structured environment.
All exercises are optional. You are always at choice.
Who this is for
This is for you if:
- you struggle to know what you want in relationships or dating
- you find it hard to ask for what you need
- you overthink, hold back, or people-please
- you want to feel more confident expressing yourself
- you’re ready to deepen your self-awareness and relational skills
- you want to meet new people
Important to know
This workshop is about authentic connection, communication, and personal growth not performance or outcome.
The goal isn’t getting what you want every time.
The goal is becoming someone who can ask, clearly, honestly, and without losing yourself.
