About the Instructor:

Jenny Raffield is the Founder of Choose Happy Wellness. As a Healing Arts Practitioner and Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor she integrates sound, guided meditation and breathwork to create immersive soundscapes that support healing and restore balance. During the last three years, she offered weekly sound baths at Equinox and her many clients include Lululemon, Adobe, The Golden State Valyries, UCLA, UC Irvine, UCSF Bakar Cancer Hospital, and Vuori. As a Retreat Leader for Recharge the Soul, she travels the globe leading women's wellness retreats.
