The art and science of isolation to integration

As health professionals, we recognize the interconnectedness of the human body, where every part influences another. Just as a foot issue can contribute to shoulder impingement, or a hip misalignment can lead to neck strain, the human body functions as a complex system. Each component is like a puzzle piece, intricately linked to the others. For the body to function optimally, each piece must perform its role perfectly, much like a puzzle that forms a masterpiece when every piece is in place.
