On Friday 1st November 2024 (Gumboot Friday) Limit Zero is holding their 14th annual 24-hour challenge fundraiser, for 'I AM Hope' in line with their Gumboot Friday fundraiser. It all kicks off at 5pm on the Friday where we have multiple options for you to join in...
1. Come in and take part in our 15-minute circuit workout with us anytime from 5pm on Friday 1st November through to 5pm on Saturday 2nd November 2024. As an optional challenge - do 1, 2 or more rounds while wearing your gumboots...
2. Pick your own personal challenge focused around endurance - test yourself how long you can exercise for, or complete a certain distance on a machine / exercise (to a maximum of 24-hours) and get sponsored to do so.
3. Pick an endurance challenge like above, but complete it as a team of 2,3,4 people or more.
4. Come in and support the cause and the people going through their own challenges.
5. Be part of the volunteer crew to help run and support the day.
6. Do your own challenge from afar on the same day / weekend and get sponsored to raise funds.
We have a target of fundraising $10,000.
It's a minimum of $20 entry, 100% of which is I AM Hope. Come and be part of the event as much as you like in as many ways as you like over the 24-hour period. Bigger donations are more than welcome of course with everything raised going straight to the charity.
We'd love nothing more than for you to join us at some point throughout the 24-hours - it is open to the everyone!
Just show up at Limit Zero anytime between 5pm on Friday 1st November until 5pm on the 2nd November 2024 - we'll always be going!
If you're not in Christchurch you can still donate and you can follow us live on Facebook at Limit Zero on the Friday evening and right at the end on Saturday afternoon.
