Join us for a special evening of bold flavors, creative plates, and a little something different than our everyday lineup.

On Thursday, April 30th, we’re hosting an exclusive 5-course pairing dinner at Always Flavored — designed to showcase the sauces, seasonings, and flavor combinations that make us Always Flavored. This is not our regular menu — this is a full dinner experience created just for the night.

Expect elevated comfort food, thoughtful pairings, and a laid-back evening filled with really good bites, really good pours, and the kind of flavors that stick with you long after the last course.

Guests will gather at 6:30 PM, with dinner beginning at 7:00 PM at Always Flavored | 619 Caroline St, Fredericksburg, VA

Ticket Information

$75 per person, choose between beer or wine

A $35 deposit is required to reserve your seat. The remaining balance, tax, and gratuity will be paid after dinner.

Mini Fried Chicken & Waffle Bite: Crispy fried chicken on a golden waffle, finished with hot honey butter and a touch of Always Flavored Lemon Pepper

Course Two – Coastal Heat

Seared Shrimp with Thai Chili Glaze: Pan-seared shrimp tossed in Always Flavored Thai Chili Sauce, served over a chilled cucumber herb salad with citrus zest and sesame crunch

Course Three – Smoke & Depth

Coffee-Rubbed Pork Belly with Sweet Virginia Love Gastrique Slow-roasted pork belly crusted with a custom spice blend and espresso, finished with a tangy BBQ gastrique featuring Sweet Virginia Love BBQ Sauce

🍺 Beer Pairing: Amber Ale 🍷 Wine Pairing: Zinfandel

Course Four – Fire & Balance

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Chimichurri Heat Steak seasoned with Always Flavored Chimichurri, grilled and topped with a vibrant herb chimichurri and roasted garlic butter. Served with blistered vegetables and crispy potatoes tossed in Fire Salt

🍺 Beer Pairing: Brown Ale or Porter 🍷 Wine Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon

Course Five – Sweet Heat Sendoff

Warm Brownie Bite with Chili Cherry Sauce A rich, fudgy brownie topped with whipped cream and finished with a sweet heat cherry drizzle

🍺 Beer Pairing: Chocolate Stout 🍷 Wine Pairing: Ruby Port or Late Harvest Red
