This is more than a painting experience - it is a sacred, intuitive journey through the body’s energy centers using meditation, color, and soulful intention.

Over seven weeks, you’ll move through each chakra, immersing yourself in its frequency and color - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet - allowing creative expression to become a pathway for healing and alignment.

No art experience is needed. This space is about presence, permission, and listening within.

Each 2-hour session includes:

• A guided meditation to ground your energy and open the chakra of the week
• Pulling a chakra oracle card for intuitive insight and creative inspiration
• Intuitive painting using the chakra’s color and energetic variations
• Gentle word and intention alchemy to support emotional and energetic release
• Optional sharing within a calm, compassionate circle

Each week builds upon the last, guiding you from grounding and safety to intuition, trust, and expanded awareness.
