We’re living in heavy times. Collective trauma, social injustice, and the weight of the world can leave us feeling disconnected, angry, and lost in the darkness. But Spring reminds us that even after the longest winter, light returns. Now is the time to ground into your body, reconnect with your true essence, and transmute that darkness into the light you wish to see in the world.This Spring Equinox, join us in sacred ceremony as we work with two powerful grounding medicines: ceremonial cacao to open the heart, and sacred Juankea (tobacco medicine) to clear the mind.
Together, we'll create a container for release, renewal, and embodied transformation.
In this 2-hour journey, you'll be guided through:
Sacred Juankea (Tobacco) Medicine: Authentic Amazonian tobacco medicine from the Sápara lineage, used for clearing, protection, and deep spiritual connection. Tobacco is one of the master plants of the Americas, offering profound grounding and clarity.
Ceremonial Cacao: The heart-opening "Food of the Gods" that gently opens the pathways to your heart's wisdom, helping you feel supported and connected.
Guided Journey: A guided meditation and shamanic journey into your body to ground, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your authentic self beneath the weight of collective pain.
Sound Healing: Crystal bowls, drums, and healing frequencies to support your journey and integration.
Energy Clearing: Receive personalized healing as we work together to transmute heaviness into light.

Important Preparation Guidelines:
To receive the fullest benefit from the medicines please
Eat lightly: We recommend eating only breakfast that morning and skipping lunch. Avoid coming on a full stomach.
Arrive early: Please arrive 10 minutes early (12:50 PM) to settle in and ground.
Ceremony begins promptly: We will begin at 1:05 PM to honor the sacred container.
Abstain beforehand: No alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours prior.
Bring: Please bring a mug or cup for your cacao. Please also bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and pillow if you wish (yoga mats will be provided for those who don't have one.)
Come with an open heart: Set an intention for what you wish to release and what you wish to call in.
Led by Crystle Castle, The Reiki Medicine Woman—healer, trained ceremonialist, and medicine woman with nearly 20 years of experience in the healing arts. Trained directly by the Sápara nation in Ecuador in authentic tobacco medicine protocols (one of only 10 people worldwide with this lineage), and in ceremonial cacao by Bárbara Manuela of Andean descent in the mountains of Ecuador.
