Cass has spent years lighting up stages—and now, she’s lighting up hearts. As a seasoned performer and longtime teacher of dance and voice, she knows the power of expression.

Movement Journey is movement medicine and soul food all in one.

About Sue:

Sue is the founder of Breathing Space and a certified breathwork instructor who weaves together the transformative power of breath and sound to guide others back to balance, clarity, and inner peace. Through her nurturing presence, Sue creates grounded yet expansive spaces where participants can release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their natural vitality. Her sessions often blend rhythmic breath patterns with the healing resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and voice, offering a deeply restorative and heart-opening experience.

Upon arrival there is a short breath work waiver to sign for those new to working with Sue.
