About this Event
The Alchemy of Ancestral Healing
Join us for an experiential weekend as we look through a multifaceted prism of Jungian and trauma psychologies, ritual, and ancestral investigation, to explore the fascinating work of attuning to our ancestors, alchemizing trauma histories, and answering to the urgent call of our moment.
On Friday evening, you are invited to arrive early, at 5:30, for a Shabbat experience with elements of traditional Jewish ritual, followed by an evening of stories about intergenerational legacies, hearing about Rabbi Firestone's own story and how her work developed, and inquiring into ancestral healing and its origins.
Our retreat will be led by Rabbi Tirzah Firestone, PhD. Rabbi Firestone is an author, Jungian psychotherapist, and the founding rabbi of Congregation Nevei Kodesh here in Boulder. She was ordained by Reb Zalman Schachter-Shalomi in 1992 and is a member of the Yesod board dedicated to spreading his teachings. Rabbi Tirzah teaches internationally about Jewish mysticism, ancestral healing, and ancient wisdom practices honed to assist us at this critical time in world history.
Friday, March 6 -- 5:30 p.m. (optional Shabbat ritual), 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 7 -- 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
