The Air: Breathwork & Sound Experience | hOm at Radiant

The Air is a 2-hours breathwork experience accompanied by uniquely curated playlist by Anastasija, remixed by Jesse Cale to take you on an inner journey that will flow seamlessly into a deep sound bath.

The journey will start with a warmup of various breathing techniques slowly transitioning into somatic breathwork allowing enough time for integration through the sound bath.

Somatic Breathwork is a journey to the core of your emotions making unconscious conscious, moving what’s stagnant, enliven what’s inert and hidden.

Music is deeply woven into the fabric of our being. When our ears perceive music, the limbic system, which is involved in processing emotions and controlling memory, “lights” up.

Music can heal, enhance memory, relief pain, tap into primal emotions, boost immune system, change perception of time etc.

The Air is guided by Jesse Cale founder of Hom soundbaths …and Anastasija Katcyna Registered Somatic Movement Therapist & Breathwork Facilitator.

To support the intimacy and depth of the experience, the Air is limited to 10 participants

The Air will end with a time of integration and sharing.

Please arrive by 7 pm | This class will be a two hour experience

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blindfold/eye mask (optional) and blanket. Props provided by Radiant.

Please bring a pen, journal, and water.

There is free parking in the parking lot of Worthington United Methodist Church as well as each green lot on this parking key

Radiant Yoga is located off high st. (center vertical street on key) just south of E. New England Ave (lower horizontal street on key)
